Having many years of experience in the health & fitness industry, I specialise in back pain, sports injuries and beginners exercise programs. These are the areas I’m most passionate about and being able to treated & train a wide variety of clients with different muscular-skeletal problems, I have been able to devise successful treatment & training plans that work for each person.
Qualifying in 2002 as a sports therapist & personal trainer I worked full time in a Crowne Plaza Marlow hotel health club for 3 years. I then decided I wanted to travel & improve my skills, so in 2005 I worked a summer season for Mark Warner Holidays as a Sports Therapist in Turkey. On my return the crowne plaza promoted me to leisure club supervisor. Then in 2007 I decided to study in Pilates & set up my own business.
Today I still continue to study in sports injuries & sports medicine to improve my skills & gain new knowledge as a Sports Injury Therapist. I also teach fitness and Pilates sessions to 2-4 year olds in a private nursery in Marlow and beaconsfeild. I’ve also had the privilege of teaching basic massage therapy to doctors and nurses in Kyrgystan in central asia and also in Kenya.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising, exercising and playing my guitar.
